MRS. GENEVIEVE MOREAU
FOUNDER & CEO
Genevieve Moreau, the CEO and founder of PHALEM, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in IT recruitment and account management. She began her career in human resources roles at various organizations before specializing in IT recruitment at CGI as a Senior Consultant.
Genevieve then went on to excel at Procom, ranking among the top recruiters in North America, and subsequently joined Randstad, where she quickly advanced to the role of Regional Director, managing major accounts and overseeing recruitment teams and business development strategies. In 2021, Genevieve co-founded Mi-Go Inc, a successful specialist IT recruitment company.
Genevieve holds the U.S. equivalents of a Bachelor of Science in Education - Counseling and Student Service and a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling.
